Our coconut sugar journey begins in Indonesia’s lush coconut plantations, harvested daily by skilled hereditary tappers.
From climbing coconut trees at dawn and collecting fresh nectar sap to rigorous natural filtering, our partner farmers bring generations of traditional tapping wisdom and dedication to every harvest.
We work continuously with our farmer network to implement hygienic raw material handling and practices that protect natural organic integrity. The sap is naturally reduced, crystallized, and sifted into golden granules with unmatched caramel aroma.
Our traceability system connects registered farmers, collection points, raw material records, and processing activities. Through documented procedures and internal monitoring, we maintain product identity, monitor raw material movement, and provide full transparency throughout the supply chain.
