Ingredients:

– Ice cubes
Instructions:
1. Prepare the coconut sugar syrup:
In a small saucepan, combine coconut sugar, water, and pandan leaves. Cook over medium heat until the sugar dissolves completely and the syrup thickens slightly. Remove the pandan leaves and set the syrup aside to cool.
2. Prepare the coconut milk mixture:
In a separate saucepan, mix the coconut milk, salt, and a pandan leaf. Heat on low while stirring continuously to prevent the coconut milk from separating. Once it starts to simmer, remove from heat and let it cool.
